It was written on quality 42 cm / 16.8 Shlil parchment klaf. This smaller size makes it very easy and lightweight for Hagbaah. It took Rabbi Levy approximately 10 months to write this Sefer Torah. Tiferes Stam and Rabbi Zvi Chaim Pincus have been working with Rabbi Levy for approximately 25 years . His Sifrei Torah are being used in communities around the world. The final 100 letters of the Sefer Torah have been left outlined to allow participation in completing this Scroll at the Siyum Sefer Torah celebration.
